Privacy
What welds.in shows, what it keeps, and what it never collects.
Shown publicly
What an employer puts in a listing: name, phone number, place, pay, job details and verification level.
Kept for trust
Phone numbers, website tokens, GSTINs, risk scores and reports, used only to stop fraud.
Job seekers
No accounts and no personal details. Views and taps are anonymous daily counts; a salted hash of the address, new each day, limits number collection.
